Services for consortium members
The Logitek consortium represents all its member companies in dealings with clients, enters into contracts which it assigns by letter of appointment to its member companies, according to the external activity system, arranges to quantify the compensation according to the contractual agreements with theclient, issues invoices and sends them to the member companies via the appropriate prefecture.
It monitors the contracts, acts as a supervisor regarding their technical, legal, and operational compliance, protecting primarily the client and, secondarily, the member company.
